How Our Event Works For Companies Making A Presentation at An Event.


 
The company cost for making a presentation is $300.
 
  1. The company joins our LinkedIn Group and uploads a filled in Quick Deal Overview Form that they obtain from Thomas Vass, the group manager. Other members of the group view the QDO. A copy of the QDO is placed on the company website with a link to the LinkedIn Group, where new users are invited to join.
  2. The company selects the time and date for the presentation. In the future, we will offer more locations, and the company can tell us the city they choose.
  3. The QDO is sent to 28 other LinkedIn Groups for their members to review, along with an invitation fro them to attend the event if they are in the RTP.
  4. The company prepares the first of 2 press releases announcing that they have been selected to make a presentation. The press release is sent to internet press outlets, the RTP business media outlet list, and posted on multiple angel social networking sites, with links to the LinkedIn Group.
  5. The company prepares a 15 minute power point presentation for the event. A copy of the PPT is placed on the LinkedIn site. A copy of the PPT is placed on the company’s website.
  6. On the day of the event, the company makes a presentation from the stage. In addition, for an extra fee, the company can also have a vendor booth or table at the event. Before the presentation, there is 30 minutes of social networking. After all the presentations, interested parties can adjourn to the bar or restaurant to conduct more business.
  7. After the event, the company prepares the second press release describing their success at the event.
 
 

Vendors and Professional Service Providers Who Are Members of the LinkedIn Group can obtain a booth or table at the event for $100.

 

Vendors or Service Providers can sponsor an event, and make a 5 minute introductory presentation and have a table or booth for $500.

 

All payments for the event are made through the payment portal at BusinessCapitalAdvice.com

 

Six String Café collects a $10 entrance fee at the door, which pays for the first drink and the light snack buffet. Six String offers a full bar, featuring North Carolina craft beer, and also offers a full menu of Italian and American cuisine for dinner.
